Core principles
- We set prices, discounts, terms, and service levels independently, based on our own costs, value, and commercial judgment.
- We do not agree with competitors on prices, customers, territories, production volumes, bid outcomes, or market allocation.
- We do not exchange competitively sensitive information with competitors unless lawful, necessary, and supervised by qualified counsel.
- We do not coerce customers or suppliers into exclusive arrangements that violate applicable competition rules.
Industry collaboration
Healthy collaboration on technical interoperability—barcode quality, scanning performance, and open data exchange—is encouraged when meetings have legitimate agendas, accurate minutes, and clear boundaries. If a discussion turns to pricing, margins, bids, or customer-specific strategy, participants must leave the meeting and report the incident immediately.
Training and accountability
Relevant team members receive periodic compliance reminders. Violations may result in disciplinary action, termination of partnerships, or referral to authorities where appropriate.

Report suspected violations confidentially to enquiries@dstbarcode.com. DST prohibits retaliation against good-faith reporters.
